All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified).

Please allow (3) three-day handling and processing time to ship your in-stock order; orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

• We strive to ensure your order to be accurate and of first quality (within manufacturer standards of acceptability) - items not passing our quality control check and needing exchange from the manufacturer may delay delivery time.
• Damage incurred during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt so that we may begin the claim process.
• Retain all original protective shipping materials including boxes, cardboard inserts, rim protectors, foam sheet protectors, plastic bags, etc. - these items are required in the event of a return or shipping damage claim.
• Tires made to order can also be handled by our third-party tire specialist or by the customer at the customer’s request
• All orders regarding tire purchase, shipment, and mounting must be resolved within 24-48 hours of placing an order and cannot be changed once finalized.
• Tire sales done through our third party are subject to domestic shipping only 

At the current moment we don’t offer International shipping 

Returns: Due to custom orders, Returns are not accepted, all sales are final! If your item has not shipped and you cancel your order, you are subject to a 35% restocking fee of the total purchase amount. No exchanges. *Center cap purchases are to be returned if we have sent you the wrong item. At this point, we will need a picture of the item you received.
